Current Payment Schedule
We will continue Tuesday/Thursday check runs through October
At present, IDS staff cannot research the status of individual payments unless more than 45 days have passed since the fee application was submitted to the judge.
IDS processes fee applications in the order in which they are received, usually within two weeks of receipt by our Financial Services Office. Currently, due to staff turnover and some covid related issues, we are running closer to three weeks but should return to usual timing in October. We recognize there is often a several week delay between the disposition of a case and receipt of the fee application by IDS Financial Services. Unfortunately, staff cannot expedite payment on individual fee applications. Finally, covid protocols have reduced the frequency of our mail delivery and pick-up so we strongly encourage you to sign up for electronic deposit (form is with fee applications on this site)
Who can I contact if 45 days have passed and I haven’t been paid?
Please contact the IDS Financial Services staffer assigned to your county. Please have the case name, case number, disposition date, the date submitted to the judge, and your tax identification number on hand when you call. If you have several cases to research, email is best.
