Daniel Baldwin is a retired sworn law enforcement professional, with over 25 years of leadership and investigative experience. Daniel possesses a master’s degree in Administrative Science, a certificate in Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and a North Carolina Advanced Law Enforcement Certificate. Daniel has been involved in several hundred major crimes investigations and is an expert in investigative procedures. Daniel’s most notable investigation is the Charles Cullen investigation. Charles Cullen, a former critical care nurse who was convicted of murdering 29 patients, is acknowledged as one of America’s most prolific serial killers. Daniel was highlighted in a New York Times Best Seller book, and portrayed in a Netflix movie about Charles Cullen titled, “The Good Nurse”. Daniel was also a contributor for a Netflix documentary titled, “Capturing the Killer Nurse”.
In addition to his law enforcement experience, he has worked as an adjunct Criminal Justice professor, and previously served as an Investigative Consultant for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
