defenderData Roll-Out: Important Dates

The information below only applies to MAC attorneys / IDS Contractors.


May 3 – 17: Beta Testing. During this time experienced contractors and IDS staff will work within the test environment to identify bugs and errors in the application that affect the user experience.  

May 17-31: Debugging, Product Improvement, and Data Migration.

Developers will:

  • address bugs and correct errors identified during beta testing as they finalize the product
  • implement improvement requests
  • migrate data from spreadsheets to defenderData (developers and IDS staff will port  your current case information over from the spreadsheets to the application)

June 3-7: Training: defenderData and IDS staff will provide multiple one hour training sessions for MAC attorneys. IDS will provide log-in credentials once you have completed a training session. All you need to do is choose the date and time that works best for you to log in.

Training Dates and Times:

June 3 at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
June 5 at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
June 7 at 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Training will be recorded. *If you cannot make one of the training sessions below, please contact Whitney Fairbanks at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.


June 11 and onward: Virtual Office Hours: defenderData and IDS staff will be available in a virtual space to answer substantive and technical questions about the application.
