NCCU and the NCAPD sponsored their 3rd Annual Juneteenth event and CLE. This year’s program opened with dance, song and the theatrical spoken word. Entertainment was provided by the Empower Dance Troupe, the Black Angels of St. Joseph’s AME Church Music Ministry and The Once Voice Traveling Acting Troupe of Hillside High.
