Standard Hourly Fee

For all fee applications in non-capital criminal and non-criminal cases at the trial level that are signed by Judges before February 1, 2008, the hourly rate is $65. For all such fee applications that are signed by Judges on or after February 1, 2008, the hourly rate will be $75.
