MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to ensure effective legal representation of indigent parents involved in abuse/neglect/dependency and termination of parental rights proceedings.

We carry out this mission by providing training, support and guidelines to parent attorneys; advocating for systemic and legislative changes in the child welfare system; and assessing the delivery of legal services to indigent parents across the state.
