97.30 Visitation
In re T.S.A. and D.S.G., COA04-1057, David Childers for appellant-father.In
re E.C., COA05-218, Rick Croutharmel for appellant-mother.
The trial court's dispositional order failed to include an appropriate visitation
plan in that the trial court ordered visitation between respondent and her child
to be in the "discretion of the guardian." The awarding of visitation
of a child is an exercise of a judicial function, and a trial court may not
delegate this function to the custodian of a child.

re K.S., COA06-1697, Richard Croutharmel for appellant-mother.
Oral order ceased visitation; written order ordered it "according to schedule";
and, no findings made that continued visitation would be contrary to the child's
best interests.
