Re H.S.F., COA06-1608, Rebekah Davis for appellee-father.
Father defends award of custody as evidence and findings of fact support conclusion
of law that it is child's best interests to be in legal custody of the father
with joint physical custody of father and maternal grandfather. In addition,
the court made sufficient findings of fact and conclusions of law to enter a
civil custody order under 7B-911.

Re T.H.T.,
COA07-122, Adrienne Allison and Edward Greene
The trial court erred in decreeing its order resolved any pending claim for
custody in that the trial court failed to make proper findings and conclusions
under N.C.G.S. § 7B-911.
