• You have a question or complaint about an attorney IDS appointed to handle a capital case or appeal.
• You are an appointed attorney who has questions about payments or experts in capital cases or appeals, or other matters under IDS’ direct oversight.

• You have a question or complaint about an individual court-appointed attorney in a non-capital case. In such a case, you should either contact the State Bar or address your complaint to the presiding Judge in writing.
